Works for the latest multi-lens camera phones:

  • The Flip Kick will work with all multi lens cameras, although the filter lens does not physically cover all the lenses at the same time.  Because you can rotate the Flip Kick lenses on the base, it can be adjusted to cover the lens for the particular photo mode being used.  It will work with standard and macro photos on all multi lens phone cameras or tablets, but does not work in wide angle shots as the frame will come into view.

 

  • To properly position the Flip Kick lens disc base on your phone case, turn on your camera to any photo mode except for wide angle and position the filter lens so that the frame is not in view.  Then attach the metal disc base to the phone case so that the lens will be in that proper position when attached to the base.  You can now rotate the lens to make slight adjustments to cover any other lenses used for other photo modes except wide angle.

Flip-Kick Install Instructions

  1. Turn on your phone camera and clean your phone back with the included wiping pad
  2. Find the best position for the filter so that it covers the camera lens without the filter ring being visible in the picture. It will work for all phone lenses except wide angle
  3. Mark a spot on the phone back where you want the magnetic base to attach when the filter is in the correct position.
  4. Peel off the sticker on the metal disc. Attach the metal disc to the phone back in the position you have chosen for the magnetic base and press the metal disc firmly for 30 seconds. (Make sure the phone surface is clean and dry before attaching metal dics)
  5. Attach the magnetic base to the metal disc.
  6. When the filter is extended to cover the camera lens, a second filter can be screwed into the holding ring to allow for stacking multiple Lenses.
  7. Functions as a phone kickstand when the lens holder is at a 90 degree angle.

3. Subscription Boxes (Final Sale)

Completed or Shipped Subscription Boxes


  • Completed or shipped subscription boxes are final sale and non-refundable.

  • This applies to all recurring, one-time, promotional, or limited-edition subscription boxes.

Subscription boxes cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, and resale restrictions.

Customer Satisfaction Commitment

Your pet’s happiness matters to us. If you or your fur baby are not satisfied, please contact our team so we can review the issue and attempt to make it right where appropriate.

4. Subscription Cancellations (Before Shipment)


  • Subscription orders may be canceled before shipment.

  • Cancellations requested more than 48 hours after order placement are subject to a $5 restocking and processing fee.

  • Once a subscription order has entered processing or shipped, it is final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Accessories & Non-Subscription Items

Accessories may be eligible for return only if all conditions below are met:


  • Return request submitted within 2 days of the original order date

  • Item is unused

  • Item is returned in original packaging

  • All tags, stickers, and labels are intact

  • Item is in resalable condition

Returns that fail to meet any of these conditions will be denied.

6. Return Authorization Required


  • All returns require prior authorization.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

  • Customers must contact support before sending any items back.

Return instructions will be provided once eligibility is confirmed.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility


  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated in writing by Toys N Treats Box.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Refunds & Store Credit


  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Photos and order details may be required

Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for resolution.

10. High-Value Orders ($500+)

For fraud prevention and dispute protection:


  • All orders with a total value over $500 USD are final sale once delivered.

  • High-value orders are non-returnable and non-refundable upon delivery, including cases of:


    Theft


    Loss after delivery


    “Porch piracy” or stolen packages


Carrier delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation constitutes proof of fulfillment.
No refunds, replacements, or chargebacks will be honored once delivery is confirmed.

11. Non-Refundable Items & Situations

The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Consumable items (including treats)

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Shopify-Powered Store)

Customers agree to contact Toys N Treats Box before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

We actively dispute invalid disputes submitted through:


  • Credit & debit card networks (Included but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Shopify Payments

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

Chargebacks related to:


  • Non-refundable items

  • Subscription boxes

  • High-value orders

  • Orders confirmed as delivered

will be contested using order records, delivery confirmation, tracking data, IP logs, and customer communications.

For the purposes of dispute resolution with payment processors and issuing banks, delivery confirmation is considered conclusive evidence that the order was delivered as agreed.

10. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Toys N Treats Box is not responsible for carrier delays.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, transit time and delivery are outside our control.

Lost Packages

If a carrier officially confirms a package as lost:


  • We may offer a replacement or refund, at our sole discretion, after the carrier investigation is completed.

Stolen Packages (Porch Theft)


  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.

  • Toys N Treats Box is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

  • Replacement or refund for stolen packages is not guaranteed and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Customers are encouraged to select secure delivery locations and signature confirmation when available.

11. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Incorrect Address


  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for refunds.

Returned as Undeliverable
