This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Toys N Treats Box (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy and all related policies, including but not limited to our Shipping Policy, Chargeback Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Store Credit Policy.


1. Policy Acceptance at Checkout

By completing a purchase on our website, you expressly agree to all terms governing:

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Store credits

  • Shipping & delivery

  • Chargebacks and payment disputes

  • Subscription terms

  • High-value order restrictions

Failure to read these policies does not exempt customers from compliance.


2. All Sales & General Policy Overview

Due to the nature of our products, including consumables, curated pet items, and subscription services, all sales are final unless explicitly stated in this policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and policy terms prior to purchase.


3. Subscription Boxes (Final Sale)

Completed or Shipped Toys N Treats Box Subscription Boxes

  • Completed or shipped subscription boxes are final sale and non-refundable.

  • This applies to all recurring, one-time, promotional, or limited-edition subscription boxes.

Subscription boxes cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, and resale restrictions.

Customer Satisfaction Commitment

Your pet’s happiness matters to us. If you or your fur baby are not satisfied, please contact our team so we can review the issue and attempt to make it right where appropriate.

Any resolution (replacement, guidance, or store credit) is provided at our sole discretion and does not constitute a refund obligation.


4. Toys N Treats Box Subscription Cancellations (Before Shipment)

  • Subscription orders may be canceled before shipment.

  • Cancellations requested more than 48 hours after order placement are subject to a $5 restocking and processing fee.

  • Once a subscription order has entered processing or shipped, it is final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.


5. Toys N Treats Box Accessories & Non-Subscription Items

Accessories may be eligible for return only if all conditions below are met:

  • Return request submitted within 2 days of the original order date

  • Item is unused

  • Item is returned in original packaging

  • All tags, stickers, and labels are intact

  • Item is in resalable condition

Returns that fail to meet any of these conditions will be denied.


6. Third-Party Brands & Vendor Products

To provide the best possible experience and product variety, Toys N Treats Box offers a wide selection of products from multiple trusted brands and partners.

For items that are not directly manufactured or fulfilled by Toys N Treats Box, returns, refunds, and replacements may be processed in accordance with the policies of the respective brand, supplier, or fulfillment partner.

By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Return eligibility, timeframes, and conditions may vary depending on the brand 
  • Certain items may be subject to the original manufacturer’s return or warranty policy  
  • Toys N Treats Box will facilitate the return or resolution process where applicable, but final decisions may be governed by the third-party provider’s policies  

We work closely with our partners to ensure a smooth and fair resolution process and will always do our best to support our customers in reaching a satisfactory outcome.


7. Return Authorization Required

  • All returns require prior authorization.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

  • Customers must contact support before sending any items back.

Return instructions will be provided once eligibility is confirmed.


8. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated in writing by Toys N Treats Box.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable return shipping method.


9. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds are processed only after returned items are received and inspected.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit (Exceptions Only)

In limited cases where an exception to this policy is approved, store credit may be issued instead of a refund, at our sole discretion.


10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photos and order details may be required

Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for resolution.


11. High-Value Orders ($500+)

For fraud prevention and dispute protection:

  • All orders with a total value over $500 USD are final sale once delivered.

  • High-value orders are non-returnable and non-refundable upon delivery, including cases of:

    • Theft

    • Loss after delivery

    • “Porch piracy” or stolen packages

Carrier delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation constitutes proof of fulfillment.
No refunds, replacements, or chargebacks will be honored once delivery is confirmed.


12. Non-Refundable Items & Situations

The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Completed or shipped subscription boxes

  • Consumable items (including treats, food, and other items consumed)

  • High-value orders over $500 after confirmed delivery

  • Items returned outside the approved return window

  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or stickers

  • Shipping fees

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Orders affected by incorrect or incomplete customer address information


13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Shopify-Powered Store)

Customers agree to contact Toys N Treats Box before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

We actively dispute invalid disputes submitted through:

  • Credit & debit card networks (Included but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Shopify Payments

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

Chargebacks related to:

  • Non-refundable items

  • Subscription boxes

  • High-value orders

  • Orders confirmed as delivered

will be contested using order records, delivery confirmation, tracking data, IP logs, and customer communications.


14. Abuse of Returns, Refunds, or Disputes

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny future returns or refunds

  • Restrict or terminate customer accounts

  • Refuse service

in cases of excessive returns, policy abuse, or fraudulent dispute behavior.
