This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations apply to purchases made through Toys N Treats Box, including subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy offers.

By completing checkout, you agree to this Cancellation Policy and all related policies, including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms & Conditions.


1. General Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation eligibility depends on the type of purchase and the order status.

  • Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through your customer account or by contacting our support team.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription Overview

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

  • Payment details are stored securely.

  • You will be charged for each shipment unless you choose a prepaid option.

  • Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term.


Managing or Canceling a Subscription

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing or shipment date by:

  • Using the link in your order confirmation email, or

  • Logging into your customer account and managing your subscription settings

Important Subscription Terms

  • Cancellation applies to future shipments only.

  • Any subscription order that has already entered processing or shipped is final sale and cannot be canceled.

  • See our Return & Refund Policy for details on refunds, which generally do not apply to completed subscription boxes.


3. Pre-Orders

What Is a Pre-Order

A pre-order is the purchase of an item that is:

  • Out of stock, or

  • Not yet released or available in inventory

For pre-orders:

  • We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout.

  • Your payment method may be securely stored and charged at a later date once the item is ready to ship.


Canceling a Pre-Order

  • Pre-orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

  • If a pre-order is canceled before fulfillment, any eligible payment collected will be refunded according to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund requests for fulfilled pre-orders are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy.


4. Try Before You Buy (If Applicable)

If a try-before-you-buy option is offered:

  • Customers must follow the specific instructions and timelines disclosed at checkout.

  • Failure to return eligible items within the allowed trial period may result in the full charge being applied.

  • Cancellation eligibility ends once the trial period expires or the order is finalized.

Try-before-you-buy transactions are subject to authorization holds and final charges as outlined at checkout.


5. Cancellation Fees & Processing

  • Certain cancellations may be subject to processing or restocking fees, as disclosed at checkout or in related policies.

  • Fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.


6. Relationship to Other Policies

This Cancellation Policy works in conjunction with:

  • Chargeback Policy

  • Subscription Terms

In the event of a conflict, the more restrictive policy shall apply.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Toys N Treats Box prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks related to and not limited to the following:

  • Properly disclosed subscription renewals

  • Fulfilled pre-orders

  • Orders canceled outside the allowed cancellation window

will be disputed using order records, timestamps, policy acceptance logs, and delivery confirmation where applicable.


8. Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny cancellation requests that fall outside the allowed window

  • Limit or refuse service in cases of repeated cancellations or abuse

  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
