3. Order Processing Time - Toys N Treats Box Fulfillment

Processing time does not include shipping or transit time.

Made-to-order, pre-order, and custom items may require additional processing time, which is disclosed prior to purchase.
4. Order Processing Time - Third-Party Brands & Partner Fulfillment
To offer a wide variety of products, Toys N Treats Box partners with multiple trusted brands and suppliers.
For items not directly fulfilled by Toys N Treats Box, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the respective brand or fulfillment partner.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Shipping timelines may differ from standard Toys N Treats Box processing and delivery estimates
- Some items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages
- Tracking information may be provided in multiple updates depending on fulfillment source
While we work closely with our partners to ensure timely delivery, shipping speed and handling for third-party products are subject to the policies and operations of the respective brand or supplier.

Orders are generally shipped using one or more of the following carriers. Additional carriers may be used for domestic or international orders as necessary:

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other events outside our control do not constitute grounds for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.
7. Shipping Costs

Subscription Boxes: Free shipping on the entire order

All Other Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using discounted carrier rates
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
8. Tracking, Delivery Confirmation & Proof of Fulfillment

All orders include tracking information, provided via email once shipped.

Orders with a total value over $500 USD require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Carrier delivery confirmation, tracking scans, and/or signature confirmation constitute proof of successful fulfillment.
For the purposes of dispute resolution with payment processors and issuing banks, delivery confirmation is considered conclusive evidence that the order was delivered as agreed.
9. High-Value Orders
For fraud prevention and dispute mitigation:

Orders over $500 USD may require identity verification, signature confirmation, or additional security checks.

Failure to complete required verification may result in order cancellation.
High-value orders confirmed as delivered are not eligible for “item not received” claims or chargebacks.
10. Subscription Orders & Recurring Shipments

Subscription shipments follow the shipping and delivery terms outlined in this policy.

Free shipping applies to subscription boxes as stated at checkout.

Address accuracy is the responsibility of the subscriber.

Missed deliveries, returned packages, or delays caused by incorrect address information do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks. A re-shipping fee will apply that is for the cost to re-ship the package to an updated address.
Subscription disputes are evaluated using shipment records, tracking data, and delivery confirmation.
11. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Carrier Delays
Toys N Treats Box is not responsible for carrier delays.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, transit time and delivery are outside our control.
Lost Packages
If a carrier officially confirms a package as lost:

We may offer a replacement or refund, at our sole discretion, after the carrier investigation is completed.
Stolen Packages (Porch Theft)

Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.

Toys N Treats Box is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Replacement or refund for stolen packages is not guaranteed and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Customers are encouraged to select secure delivery locations and signature confirmation when available.
12. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Incorrect Address

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for refunds.

Re-shipping requires payment of an additional shipping fee.
Returned as Undeliverable
If an order is returned due to address issues or failed delivery attempts:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

A refund may be issued minus shipping and applicable handling fees, at our discretion
13. International Shipping, Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to:

Toys N Treats Box does not collect, pay, or reimburse customs duties, import taxes, or international fees.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Orders refused, delayed, or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refunds or chargebacks.
14. Disclaimer of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toys N Treats Box is not responsible for:

Customs fees, import duties, or international taxes

Carrier delays or operational disruptions

Porch theft or loss after confirmed delivery

Government actions, customs holds, or force majeure events
Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier constitutes full fulfillment of our shipping obligation.
15. Payment Processors, Chargebacks & Disputes
We actively dispute invalid chargebacks submitted through:

Credit & debit card networks (Not limited to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

Other supported payment processors
Chargeback claims alleging:

Non-delivery after confirmed delivery

Unauthorized transactions with matching order, IP, and delivery data

Failure to receive items due to customs refusal or address errors
will be contested using shipping records, tracking data, delivery confirmation, IP logs, and customer communication history.
Customers agree to contact Toys N Treats Box prior to initiating a dispute or chargeback.
